pipeline program
We facilitate hands-on introductory workshops during the school year and paid summer skill building programming and internship opportunities over the summer.
Our program enables students to build long term relationship with industry role models and mentors, valuable professional experience, personal and professional growth, and leave with tangible skills and a portfolio.
Students complete the program as strong candidates for architecture and design post secondary education and scholarships as well as post-graduate job opportunities.

Workshops
We’ve hosted a variety of workshops to introduce students to various aspects of the design process and industry.
Skill Building
Our Summer Skill Building programs build upon the introductory knowledge to build skills and connect with mentors and industry professionals.
Paid Internship
After participating in the previous programs, our summer interns fully immerse themselves into a professional environment, working within teams, sharing their work, and building a resume and portfolio.
